# Install on Android and iPhone (no app store needed)

The app is a PWA: it installs from the browser to the home screen, opens full-screen like a native app, and works offline. It needs to be served over HTTPS once (a service worker will not register from a local file).

## Host it (free)
Upload the whole `app/` folder to any static HTTPS host (Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, Netlify). Do not put real customer data on the host: all data stays in each user's own browser.

## Install
- Android (Chrome): open the link > menu > "Install app" / "Add to Home screen".
- iPhone/iPad (Safari only): open the link > Share > "Add to Home Screen".

## Know the limits
- Data lives on that one device. A different phone or browser starts empty: use Settings > Export backup, then Import.
- iOS can clear web storage for sites it considers unused. Export a backup weekly (the app reminds after 7 days).
- Installing the same link on two devices does NOT sync them.

## Store apps (later, only if clients ask)
A Capacitor wrapper can publish the same code to Google Play (USD 25 one-time) and the App Store (USD 99/year, and a Mac with Xcode is required to build). Not worth it before a paying client asks.
